Step 1: Create Custom Fields & Configure Fields

Create the Custom Fields for your report. 

Create these Scorecard Category Score Fields.

These are your Scorecard Category scores and are represented in %:

    • Metrics % or M%
    • Economic Buyer % or EB%
    • Decision Criteria % or DC%
    • Decision Process % or DP%
    • Paper Process % or PP%
    • Identify Pain % or IP%
    • Champion % or Ch%
    • Competition % or Co%

Percent

These fields show answered Scorecard questions per category in percentage %

Create these Formula Fields.

SC Last Modified (Days) ClosePlan Formula

This field shows the number of days since the Scorecard was last updated.

Field Object Data Type
Days to Close Opportunity Formula

This field shows the number of days until the Opportunity's close date. You can replace this field with row-level formula in the report.

Once you have created your fields, you will need to configure the fields with the templates and versions. 

Reminder: If there are already deployed templates/versions in Active or Archived Status (used), you must run a script via the Developer Console to update the Report Fields with current information.
