About this course

With People.ai's Opportunity Intelligence suite, managers have better visibility into pipeline and deal health, allowing you to more effectively coach your reps. In this course, you'll learn how to:

  • Use Relationship maps to ensure your reps have identified Champions, Executive Buyers, and potential detractors, so you can deploy your resources appropriately
  • Leverage Opportunity Scorecards in your deal reviews and one-on-ones
  • Use Playbooks to ensure your team is following organizational best practices

Where to access the Opportunity Intelligence Suite: 

  • Salesforce Opportunity pages, under their respective tabs (see screenshot). 
  • If you're having trouble finding it in your instance, reach out to your Rev Ops Team. Admins have the ability to choose different labels and locations for these applications.
