About this course

Account 360 and Opportunity 360 give you insight into the organizations, people, and activities that help you gain and protect your revenue. 

In this course, you'll learn how to:

  • See which customer contacts are actively engaged in your Account or Opportunity...and which ones aren't
  • Ensure your internal teams are engaging with your customer in the way you want
  • Uncover more customer/prospect contacts that you may want to engage using the "Engage More People" button
  • Ease account transitions by viewing the most recent activities with the customer
Where to access Account 360 and Opportunity 360
  • People.ai Web Application: click on an Account or Opportunity name anywhere in the system
  • Salesforce -- embedded on an Account page or an Opportunity page (as shown in these course videos)
    • Don't have People.ai installed in Salesforce yet? Talk to your internal Rev Ops team.
