With People.ai’s Account Planning solution, you can keep your teams aligned, target new revenue, and easily update your Account Plans directly inside of Salesforce.

In this course, you'll learn how to:

  • Create a new Account Plan inside of Salesforce
  • Use an Account Scorecard to evaluate the health of your Account and uncover next steps
  • Create a Whitespace Map that visualizes your biggest opportunity areas within your Account
Where to access Account Plans:
  • Salesforce Account pages, under the "Account Plans" tab
  • If you're having trouble finding it in your instance, reach out to your Rev Ops Team. Admins have the ability to choose different labels and locations for this application.
